Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping rates will be applied to your order during check out. From the order date, 1-3 business days are required to process and package your order before they are shipped out of our store. Orders placed after 9 am (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday. In the case of a Federal Holiday, shipping will be delayed until the next formal business day.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email or text confirmation, additionally, a shipping confirmation email or text will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email or text will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/.
We are happy to offer the option to pick up your order at our store (109 Franklin St. Clarksville, TN 37040). If you place an order, it will be ready for pick up the same day during our regular business hours! Additionally, if paid for before pick up, we offer curbside service! You won't even have to get out of your car! Just give us a call when you arrive at (931)-802-6776!
We want you to love your product. If you don't love it, please email us at email@example.com to give us a heads up that you're shipping your item back to our store. This email should include order number and details about the product you would like to return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge, however, there is never an additional return fee applied to your account. Please package it carefully as it will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it is in sellable condition. All clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days from the postmarked delivery date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. In addition to shipped returns, we also accept returns in store. Thank you!
